Use of this website
The content on this website is for general information. We may change it at any time. Consulting work is governed by the written agreement between you and Mindshare Studio LLC.
SMS Terms
- Program: Mindshare Studio sends text messages to clients and contacts who opt in. Messages include appointment and project updates, replies to your requests, and customer feedback survey invitations.
- How you opt in: you check the SMS consent box on our contact form at mindsharestudio.com and give your mobile number, or you tell us in writing that you agree to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies, usually no more than 4 messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. We send one confirmation message, and then no more messages.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact erik@mindsharestudio.com or +1 415 407 6388.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mindshare Studio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of this website.
Governing law
The laws of the State of South Dakota govern these terms.
