Survey responses that you choose to submit to us.

To answer your requests and to deliver our Salesforce consulting services.
To send you the text messages that you agreed to receive, such as appointment and project updates and customer feedback survey invitations.
To improve our services.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use the number only to send you the messages described in our SMS Terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (for example, our email, form and messaging providers), and only to provide the service to you, or when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. We use reasonable measures to protect it.
